A client recently told me that I'm changing the professional face of residential real estate.
Well, I certainly hope so! I think comes from the fact that I ran my own business for many years before becoming a Realtor®.
I didn't intend to move up here - at least not so soon. When everyone else was worrying about Y2K, I bought land up here and built my house a couple years later, developing the property from scratch.
I interviewed 24 people and found the sweetest women to rent my place to, and just couldn't quite hand over the keys (we hadn't reached any final agreement yet). She was disappointed, but fully understood.
I moved out of my home in Stinson Beach and my office in Sausalito - two great places - and moved up here, and never looked back. I love living on the North Coast!
